IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR a Professional Brewer

Castle Church Brewing Community, Orlando, FL

Castle Church Brewing Community is the first spiritual community to own a craft brewery, and this shapes everything from our governing vision to our day to day practices. As we upgrade to a 10.5K SQFT brewhouse and taproom with a 20BBL brewing system, we seek to create a work environment that is high on employee buy-in and investment. Castle Church is searching for a brewer who can demonstrate the skill level required to execute on beer production with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. We are looking for an individual who will take our commitment to crafting high character, soulful beers from the German tradition, and combine it with their own personality and passion.

Our full brewhouse will be in the construction phase until mid-March, meaning there is opportunity for brewer input on setup preferences, inventory planning, etc. We will initially brew for taproom needs through grand opening but expect to be adding a canning line and running distribution by months 6-12. The right candidate would have experience with upstart and/or rapid growth. We look to develop a stellar reputation for our compensation and investment in our employees. Our salary, benefits, and continuing ed package will reflect that. Formal training at an accredited brewing school is preferred. Candidates with both formal education and experience will get priority. Candidates should have demonstrable work experience in all aspects of the brewing process, from grain to tap. General Information
While involved in preparing for and undergoing a search for a person for a permanent position still to be defined (Music Director/Organist/Choir Director/Pianist or some combination thereof) we seek to employ an Organist or Pianist to accompany/lead the ELW worship and possibly, if  skills/abilities allow, Choir Direction as well.

Compensation and Terms
-$150 per Service Organist/Pianist. If Choir Direction, negotiate compensation and terms.
-Sundays 8:45am – 11am availability (Service time is 9:30am-10:30am)
