This is a friendly reminder to submit your annual reports, if you haven’t already done so. These reports are another point of connection between your congregation and the Bishop’s Office. They help us track categories like attendance, baptisms, expenses, mission support, and more. They also help us plan programs and events to best support the ministries of the congregations throughout our synod.
- Annual Congregation Reports (Parochial): To access the forms, visit https://elca.org/Resources/Office-of-the-Secretary. Click on the Forms A & C link on the right-hand-side of the page. Your congregation should have already received this information from Churchwide with a password. If you cannot find your password, please contact the synod office at 813-876-7660 ext. 0. Deadline for online submission is March 1, 2023. (Please note: If Forms A & C are not available when you click the link, they should be available this week or next.)
- Annual Minister Reports: To access the minister reports, visit https://elca.org/Resources/Office-of-the-Secretary and download the file that corresponds to your roster status. Please download and save the file to your computer before filling out the form. Completed forms should be emailed to ileanas@fbsynod.org.
