Lutheran Church of the Cross will be hosting a series of seminars for those (lay or rostered) wishing to engage in or learn about pastoral care within their faith communities.
Seminars are approximately one and a half to two hours in length and are held every other Saturday beginning January 7th , 2017 at 10:00am and continuing Jan. 21, Feb. 4, and Feb.18.
Seminars will be held at Lutheran Church of the Cross, 4545 Chancellor Street NE, Saint Petersburg, FL 33703 and are free to participants Light refreshments will be served.
I. Jan. 7th – Essentials of Spirituality, Ministry, and Pastoral Care
II. Jan. 21 – Dying, Death and Grief
III. Feb 4 – Depression and Suicide
IV. Feb. 18 – Bioethics, Living Wills, and Physician Assisted Death
